I wonder why women have to suffer for period pain once a month. I believe different people will have a different type of symptoms. For me , one /2 days before period come, i already feel irritability,Leg pain & lower back pain. On the 1st day, i will feel cool and stomach ache also. People advise me not to drink colds water as it may cause you feeling cool. But, in Malaysia, its a hot weather, i cannot avoid it. I use to have Primrose oil, but it could not release my period symptoms. :(
Recently, i try for Chinese medicine which we call "八珍“ba zhen and drinks korea type alcohol which recommend by friends. I found its really work for me. At least i do not feel cool and pain during the period days.
What is 八珍？？If you know how to read mandarine, you can refer below. Basically, Ba zhen is a traditional medicine made up of specially selected herbs for women nutrition and vitality. Its very simple, you can bought the medicine from Traditonal Chinese pharmist shop, it only cost you around RM4-6. You can put eggs into the ba zhen tang or chicken into the soup. You can use slow cooker to cook for ba zhen tang.

當歸、川芎、芍藥、熟地、人參、白朮、茯苓、甘草、生薑、大棗。
[主治效能]
凡貧血所引起之頭暈目眩，心悸，面色蒼白，病後衰弱，婦女月經不調，食慾不振全身無力感，營養不良等症。
[運用經驗]
本方具調和榮衛，滋養血氣，對陰虛內熱，脾胃虧損，肌肉消瘦，婦人胎產崩漏，氣血俱虛者有著效。
While for the Korean type alcohol, the function is actually same as ba zhen tang. This alcohol cost around RM 6+ only. I use to drink it during weekend night.
I do not know whether is ba zhen /the korea alcohol which help me reduce the menstrual cramps...But never minds, since its help.... i decide not to stop use both of them.
