How to clean mirrors??

Do you know, we can use old newspaper to wipe the mirrors? This method is taught by my BF and it is quite useful. You are no need to buy any cleaning items from market.

1. Pre-clean the mirror by wiping it with a wet soft cloth
2. Use news paper wipe the mirrors

Just 2 step you can get a clean mirrors. Try it.

Happy Period?menstrual cramps

I wonder why women have to suffer for period pain once a month. I believe different people will have a different type of symptoms. For me , one /2 days before period come, i already feel irritability,Leg pain & lower back pain. On the 1st day, i will feel cool and stomach ache also. People advise me not to drink colds water as it may cause you feeling cool. But, in Malaysia, its a hot weather, i cannot avoid it. I use to have Primrose oil, but it could not release my period symptoms. :(

Recently, i try for Chinese medicine which we call "八珍“ba zhen and drinks korea type alcohol which recommend by friends. I found its really work for me. At least i do not feel cool and pain during the period days.

What is 八珍？？If you know how to read mandarine, you can refer below. Basically, Ba zhen is a traditional medicine made up of specially selected herbs for women nutrition and vitality. Its very simple, you can bought the medicine from Traditonal Chinese pharmist shop, it only cost you around RM4-6. You can put eggs into the ba zhen tang or chicken into the soup. You can use slow cooker to cook for ba zhen tang.

當歸、川芎、芍藥、熟地、人參、白朮、茯苓、甘草、生薑、大棗。

While for the Korean type alcohol, the function is actually same as ba zhen tang. This alcohol cost around RM 6+ only. I use to drink it during weekend night.

I do not know whether is ba zhen /the korea alcohol which help me reduce the menstrual cramps...But never minds, since its help.... i decide not to stop use both of them.

Dry Skin-need Hydrate

Besides dandruff problem, my skin is very dry also, when i use make up, its look like skin peel off on my face. I read a lot of magazine try to find solution. Finally, i get conclusion, I need to use hydrate product. Firstly, use scrub to remove dead, dull skin cells. Use Hydrate mask, Hydrate cleansing foam and hydrate moisturizers. Yo can try Loreal/ZA/St Ives and others hydrate brands products which you found is suitable for yourself, now my skin is getting better but i regrets didn't take care it early so if you found your skin is dry, pls stop using the cleansing oil products which may cause your skin getting more dry.

How to cure Dandruff??Skin problem?

I have a seriuos dandruff problem since secondary school, i tried many dandruff shampoo in the market, but it doesn'nt help at all........because of this, i'm afraid to wear a dark color shirt as people will saw the dandruff drop on my shirt....feel shame on it...... my dandruff problem even cause my skin and face also affected .....I go for pharmacist look for their advise, they suggest me to use "BEPROGEL". It's actually is quite useful for my skin problem which cause by dandruff.

But my dndruff how to cure??? I look for speicalist advise in Asunta, they give me 1 shampoo, i start using and it really cure my dandruff. After some time, the medicine already finish and i found actually, we can found this shampoo in Guardian and Tesco which they call it Polytar, if you have dandruff problem, you can try use it. It can cure your dandruff after 4 to 5 times usage.
